Couple (Mirror) – £350 plus VAT

Mutual – Like a mirror but can only be changed by both parties together – £450 plus VAT

Codicils

Single person – £150 plus VAT

Couple – £225 plus VAT

Discretionary Trust

Single person – £350 plus VAT

Couple – £65 plus VAT

Declaration

Per clause – £10 plus VAT

Severing Tenancy

£250 plus VAT
