We recommend you register your Lasting Powers of Attorney for your Attorneys to be able to act. There is a court fee of £92 plus VAT per document payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.
This registration fee may be reduced depending on your gross annual income or whether you receive certain means-tested benefits. Once the document is registered, it is then valid should you wish for it to be used. If so, you will require a certified copy of the document.
